Group Event Policies
- All group events must be booked greater than 7 days in advance (in most cases), and require up to a $100 or 10% of total balance (whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit made by credit card only, due at the time of booking. Deposits will carry over if rescheduled. A final head count for buffets is required within 48 hours of the event, and once confirmed cannot be changed.
- Buffet substitutions or special requests are available, additional fees may be required.
- NO outside food or drink may be brought into the facility other than cake, NO EXCEPTIONS
- An automatic gratuity will be added onto food & drink packages
- All prices are plus any applicable NYS sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, company check or charge (Visa, M/C, Amex & Discover), NO PERSONAL CHECKS
