Please feel free to bring in your own store bought cake, cupcakes or ice cream to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays/team parties if you have reserved a party. We do not allow outside food, including cake for the general public, just store bought cake, cupcakes or ice cream with a reserved party. For your convenience we also have Hershey’s® Ice Cream Cakes or Nestle’s® Cookie Cakes available for purchase with a 24hr. notice. NO other outside food or drink may be brought into the facility other than store bought cake, cupcakes or ice cream, NO EXCEPTIONS. Additional food items can be ordered for adult guests from our café menu or party add-ons. We try to accommodate special needs and food allergies to the best of our ability.
All of our birthday party packages are sold to accommodate 10 kids including the birthday honoree, however if you have a larger party you can add on additional children at a per person price.
Your party package is for up to 10 kids and you will receive all the items in the package as if you had 10 kids, but if you have less than 10 you can always save the passes for another day, as they never expire, or use them for yourself, other adult guests, or double the fun for the birthday honoree.
We suggest all party reservations be made at least 2 weeks in advance, however we can reserve party space if available with just 48 hours notice, but usually all the best slot times are full so we recommend booking as early as possible.
Party rooms are reserved for up to 90 minutes, at the beginning of your party. Seating in party room is guaranteed for guests participating in the party only, adult guests of the party may use the seating in the area if room is available. Also, please remember that our Host/Hostesses sole responsibility is to the children.
All group events must be booked greater than 48 hours in advance with a $100 non-refundable deposit made by credit card only, due at the time of booking. Deposits will carry over if rescheduled. A party rescheduled less than 48 hours from party date forfeits deposit. The party deposit can be paid in person, over the phone or through this website, and will be credited towards the total balance.
Your balance will be due the day of the party your host/hostess will present you with the final bill, after confirming your head count and any add-ons you may have requested, at the end of your private party room time and before your attractions begin. Please keep in mind that all our package prices are plus NYS sales tax & 10% gratuity. We do accept cash or charge (Visa, M/C, Amex, & Discover) Sorry NO CHECKS
1st: Private Party Room for the FIRST 90 MINUTES ONLY, this is the time with your host/hostess where he/she will serve drinks, pizza, popcorn & cake and open any presents.
2nd: Activities choices done at your leisure – WOW Factory, Mini-Golf, Tactical Laser Tag Challenge, or Batting Cages.
3rd: Gameroom – Arcade Games & Prize Redemption. Most of our parties last between 2 and 2 1/2 hours, and that is usually a very good estimate to go with. However, depending on the package selected and the total number of guests and how busy the day is, it could take a little longer. Once you have your final headcount we can try to give you an estimated length of time.
Very seldom does inclement weather prevent us from completing our party package. However, if the weather prohibits outside attractions from being used, the activity passes can also be turned in for eTokens and WOW! Factory passes! They can also be saved for another time as they never expire!
Invitations are available to print from our website, or you can use the eVite link that comes in your confirmation email, we also have printed invitations with envelopes available for pick up only.
In order to participate in either Tactical Laser Tag Challenge or Batting Cages, a waiver will need to be filled out. This can either be done by either the child’s parent (if under the age of 18) or the parent/guardian booking the party. Waivers can be filled out here. Please feel free to call us @ 585-225-5093 regarding any questions about the waivers.
All that is required to bring is the kids the camera and the cake (unless purchased thru us). We supply all the paper products, utensils and stick candles, each one of our private party rooms is already themed so there is no need for additional decorations.
If you expect more than 10 guests or have adults that you would like to have food available for then YES! Please call 48 hrs prior to your scheduled party date to confirm your total number of guests. This way we can be ready with your food should you have more than the 10 guests/adults, we do feed your guests at the beginning of the party so we want to make sure you are not waiting on food to be prepared.
Please plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to the party start time. We also strongly suggest that when you send out your invitations you give your guests a time that starts 10 minutes prior to the actual party start time. Every minute of your child’s party is designated for fun, fun and more fun. If anyone arrives late, those minutes will be lost forever. Our Host/Hostesses entertain several parties throughout the day, your party time slot is not adjustable. We do reserve the right to cancel the party as a no show, if you are more than 15 minutes late.
